Personal Lines Account Executive
You will be responsible for arranging Motor, Home and Travel Insurance for both new and existing customers. This will involve providing advice, arranging quotations and making changes to existing policies.
Experience would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided.
Working from our busy Office in the centre of Lincoln you will be responsible for looking after customers both in person and by phone.

Qualities
We are looking for experienced Account Executives with an above average technical knowledge and a proven track record for acquiring Clients.
We are looking for Executives where insurance and looking after clients is a vocation and not just a 9 to 5 job.
The ideal candidate will be self motivated with excellent sales and interpersonal skills and a desire to work hard and achieve results.
You must be capable of managing your own time, work on your own, but also be a team player who is willing to put the interest of the Company before their own achievement.
You must have good IT skills and be willing to embrace technology.
